(Richmond, Va. – August 25, 2025) – Sandpiper, LLC is pleased to announce the recent opening of ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Reno, NV in mid-July. This hotel was developed from the ground-up by Sandpiper and represents the second ECHO Suites hotel in its portfolio.
ECHO Suites is a new, fresh extended-stay hotel brand This brand is a natural extension of Wyndham’s business and its position as a leader in the extended-stay hotel segment within the U.S. ECHO Suites is focused on providing a simple, minimal and modern hotel with an emphasis on being clean and affordable. Wyndham is placing significant resources behind this brand with a fresh, consistent, new construction product as the company and their development partners, of which Sandpiper is a leader, see opportunities across the country for this type of product.
